Eunykta is a unique combination of melatonin, micronutrients such as zinc and magnesium for facilitating sleep.

It has been formulated based on the following rationale:

  • Melatonin plays an important role in the mechanisms of sleep regulation and clinical studies have found that it not only improved total sleep time, but also reduced depressive symptoms.

A double‐blind, placebo‐controlled clinical trial determined whether nightly administration of melatonin, magnesium, and zinc improves primary insomnia in long‐term care facility residents.

Participants took a food supplement (5 mg melatonin, 225 mg magnesium, and 11.25 mg zinc, mixed with 100 g of pear pulp) or placebo (100 g pear pulp) every day for 8 weeks, 1 hour before bedtime.

There were significant improvements in the following four domains:

  • ease of getting to sleep
  • quality of sleep
  • hangover on awakening from sleep
  • alertness and behavioural integrity the following morning

Who benefits from Eunykta

Adults in middle age group and elderly who have difficulty in falling asleep, have less sleep in the night or have poor quality of sleep, thus resulting in lower daytime alertness.

Eunykta composition

  • Melatonin 5mg
  • Magnesium glycinate, equivalent to 225 mg magnesium
  • Zinc gluconate, equivalent to 11.25 mg zinc
  • It contains the exact strengths of melatonin, magnesium and zinc as that of the combination studied by Rondanelli et al.

Recommended dosage & directions:

Eunykta should be taken 1 to 2 hours before bedtime. The daily dose is one tablet, DO NOT EXCEED THE DOSE.

Eunykta is well-tolerated based on clinical research and experience so far. Pregnant and lactating women and children should not consume Eunykta
